Interested in growing for yourself? Medical marijuana cardholders may cultivate up to four mature plants and four seedlings while retaining the privilege of shopping at dispensaries. All cardholders who choose to cultivate their own marijuana must either own the property or have written permission from the property owner where they will cultivate using this form. This form must be notarized before submitting to the state.

Applicants who own the property where they will cultivate must submit documentation of property ownership. Acceptable forms of documentation may include:

• Deed

• Title

• Mortgage paperwork

• Property tax information

• Property info from Montana Cadastral
